Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation and refund requests may be submitted by phone or email under the following guidelines.

Amstar Transportation Inc DBA DOT Support Team strives to keep you compliant with all government regulations without any interruption to your business. To achieve this goal, it is imperative that all services are completed in a timely manner. As such any request for cancellations and refunds must be submitted prior to service being processed. Once service has started the sale is final and no refund will be given. Most services are completed within 24-72 hours of purchase. Once customer requirements are complete the service will be final, also once documents have been submitted to FMCSA regardless of when FMCSA updates SAFER there will be no refunds.
